If your SE4 console screen is dark, the treadmill is most likely in ErP sleep mode — an energy-saving state our Atmos home treadmill enters after sitting unused. Press the "STOP" button to wake it. In this video we show what sleep mode looks like, how to wake the console, and how to turn the setting off or adjust default duration if you'd rather the screen stay on. #lifefitness #treadmill #lifefitnesstreadmill #lifefitnessatmos #atmos #atmostreadmill #hometreadmill #treadmillforhome #homegym #homegymsetup #se4console #lifefitnessslconsole #treadmillrun #treadmillworkout #erp #energysaving

Manager Configuration is the SE4 console's advanced settings menu — it's where you set workout settings like max duration and even ErP Mode for your treadmill. On a home treadmill, think of it as your owner settings. In this video we show you how to open Manager Configuration on the SE4 touchscreen, how to move through it, and which settings are worth changing for home use. #lifefitness #treadmill #lifefitnesstreadmill #lifefitnessatmos #atmos #atmostreadmill #hometreadmill #treadmillforhome #homegym #homegymsetup #se4console #lifefitnessslconsole #treadmillrun #treadmillworkout

A Heart Rate Goal workout on the SE4 console holds you at a target heart rate — the console adjusts incline to keep you there as your heart rate drifts. Enter the duration of your workout, your age to help us predict a heart rate max, the intensity of your workout, your goal target heart rate, and your speed. Pick this one for zone training, when the effort level matters more than pace. In this video we demonstrate how to set a target heart rate and begin the workout. #lifefitness #treadmill #lifefitnesstreadmill #lifefitnessatmos #atmos #atmostreadmill #hometreadmill #treadmillforhome #homegym #homegymsetup #se4console #lifefitnessslconsole #treadmillrun #treadmillworkout #targetheartrate #heartrateworkout #heartratemonitor

A Calorie Goal workout on the SE4 console is initiated from a calorie target you set — choose your calorie goal, enter your weight, pick your terrain style, select your starting speed and finally, set your max incline level. In this video, we demonstrate how to set a calorie goal on the Atmos Treadmill SE4 Console. #lifefitness #treadmill #lifefitnesstreadmill #lifefitnessatmos #atmos #atmostreadmill #hometreadmill #treadmillforhome #homegym #homegymsetup #se4console #lifefitnessslconsole #treadmillrun #treadmillworkout #calorieburn #calorieburningworkout

A Distance Goal workout on the SE4 console counts down from a distance you set — pick your distance, terrain and speed. Best pick when you're training for a race distance or just want to run a set number of miles. In this video we set a distance goal on the SE4 and show how progress displays as you close in on it. #lifefitness #treadmill #lifefitnesstreadmill #lifefitnessatmos #atmos #atmostreadmill #hometreadmill #treadmillforhome #homegym #homegymsetup #se4console #lifefitnessslconsole #treadmillrun #treadmillworkout
